Cost and Formalities of shipment :
Express Courier UPS with delivery of the package within 4 days throughout the world . In the event of unsuccessful delivery to the designated addressee, the courier will leave a notice with the telephone number of the main office and within 24 hours will attempt to redeliver the package free of charge. If the package cannot be delivered on a second attempt, a notice will be left with the address of the UPS office where the package may be picked up. The merchandise is carefully packaged, in case of breakage or tampering, the customer must refuse the package. We guarantee that the replacement of the product and new delivery will be completely at the expense of our company. At the moment of your order, we will send you an e-mail with all details of the shipment. The mailing costs are at the expense of the buyer and are automatically added to the bill.
Since all our products are handmade, it is likely that they will not be immediately available (next to the picture the availability or the manufacturing time is indicated). In this case the shipment may vary according to the time needed by the artisan to make the new object. The customer will be notified of the date of consignment in the confirmation e-mail.
